The Fern Palm is poisonous for both cats and dogs.

Fern Palm is a deciduous shrub with aerial or subterranean circular stem. They are native to Mexico, the West Indies, and Central and South America as far south as Bolivia and feature pinnate leaves and broad artificial leaflets.
