Lacy Tree Philodendron is a tropical plant native to to Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay and Bolivia. It is normally cultivated in full sun and grows best in rich, moisture-retentive soil. It is known to many cultivators for its ease in covering a land mass and its tree-like trunk can reach up to 10 ft which enables the plant to support itself.
The scientific name for this plant is Philodendron selloum. Additional name for this plant include Horsehead Philodendron, Lacy Tree Philodendron and Tree Philodendron.
