Silver Dollar is an endemic plant of the Western Cape, South Africa which is a species of succulent plant in the Crassulaceae family . It is bred as an ornamental plant for use in succulent gardens and container gardens, and in drought tolerant . Silver Dollar is also known as  silver dollar plant, Chinese jade money plant, or money tree, and beestebul. It is suitable as an indoor plant and only grows for 2 to 4 ft. It usually blooms in winter, with white to pink flowers.

The scientific name for this plant is Crassula arborescens. Additional name for this plant include Beestebul, Chinese Jade, Money Plant, Money Tree and Silver Jade Plant.
